Return & Refund Policy

A return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery. To qualify, the Corner Master Painting Shield must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.

Opened or used products are not eligible for an ordinary return. Proof of purchase is required.

Email support@yourcornermaster.com with your order number and reason for return before sending the product. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.

Approved ordinary returns must be sent to: Corner Master, LLLP, 2051 Franklin Way SE, Marietta, GA 30067.

Customers are responsible for ordinary return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Use a trackable service and retain the shipping receipt. Corner Master is not responsible for an authorized return that is lost before reaching the return address.

Report a damaged, defective, or incorrect order within seven calendar days after delivery. Include the order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

After review, Corner Master will arrange an appropriate replacement at no cost. If a return is required, Corner Master will provide or reimburse the authorized return-shipping method. Please retain the product and packaging until instructions are provided.

Eligible returns are inspected after receipt. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

Corner Master may reduce or decline a refund when a returned product does not meet the eligibility requirements stated above.

Corner Master does not include a separate product warranty. This does not limit the damaged, defective, or incorrect-order process described above or any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
